Professional Biography

Helen Sarbah is an internationally certified Lead Auditor with over a decade of experience in quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety. She has guided more than 50 organisations across West Africa through successful ISO certification, working across sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and financial services.

Helen holds multiple lead auditor certifications and is a regular instructor on GIMS Training & Quality Technology (TQT) programmes. She brings a practical, organisation-first approach to auditing — focused not just on compliance, but on embedding genuine management system culture within client organisations.
